General Services Administration (GSA)

All branches and departments of the federal government can use the GSA Federal Supply Service to purchase ESI services through simplified ordering procedures that reduce costs, documentation, and red tape. ESI is on several GSA schedules:

Schedule 520—Financial and Business Solutions (FABS)


SIN 520–15: Outsourcing Recurring Commercial Activities for Financial Management Services (includes peer review)
GSA Contract No. GS–23F0069K

Under this SIN, ESI provides claims processing, loan application management, and financial compliance services. In addition, we possess expertise in all aspects of grants application management support, from applications receipt and peer review to grants closeout activities.

Schedule 541—Advertising and Integrated Marketing Solutions (AIMS)


SIN 541–1: Advertising Services
GSA Contract No. GS–23F0297K

Through this SIN, ESI can offer expertise in publications development, information collection and dissemination, and public outreach. Products developed under this SIN include pamphlets, brochures, magazines, booklets, leaflets, newsletters, newspaper advertisements, and catalogs.

SIN 541–5: Integrated Marketing Services
GSA Contract No. GS–23F0297K

Through this SIN, ESI can provide comprehensive marketing campaign planning, design, and implementation. Using this SIN, Federal clients can obtain all the services available separately through the other 541 SINs.

Schedule 599—Travel Solutions


SIN 599–2: Travel Agent Services
GSA Contract No. GS–33F0042P

Using SIN 599-2 purchasers can obtain through ESI an array of travel-related services, including travel arrangements, reservations, and ticketing and traveler support for air, rail, lodging, and car rental. Our offerings extend to business services, delivery services, destination services, international services, documentation, frequent flyer and loyalty programs, help desk, invoicing, reconciliation, profile management, quality control, and reporting.

U.S. Department of Education (ED)

Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) Contract for Technical and Analytical Support


Contract No. ED–04–CO–0089
All principal ED offices and independent organizations affiliated with ED can purchase ESI services through one MATO contract.

ESI offers expertise in conference planning and management, research and policy assessment, publications development, technical assistance, video production, graphics services, and satellite teleconferences, among other services. Our resourceful team of education professionals is highly skilled in all aspects of project management, quality control, and social marketing and outreach. In addition, we possess experience working with a variety of audiences within the education community.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention


Health Marketing Communication Services IDIQ
Contract No. 200–2007–20024

All coordinating Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Centers and Offices can purchase ESI's services through the Health Marketing Communication Services IDIQ. ESI is eligible to compete for work under Domain 1 of the IDIQ.

ESI provides the following services under Domain 1:

NIH Conference, Administration, and Travel Services (NCATS)
Contract No. 263–03–D–0011

All Federal agencies can purchase ESI domestic and international logistical support (for conferences and other events) and administrative support services through the NIH NCATS contract. Among the many services we offer are print and multimedia product development; Web site design, development, and maintenance; and reimbursement for honoraria, per diem, and expenses.

Program Support Center (PSC)


PSC provides support services on a competitive, cost-effective, fee-for-service basis. ESI holds two master contracts with PSC, one for logistics services and one for training and technical assistance services.

Through this vehicle, HHS bureaus, other Federal agencies, and the District of Columbia can procure the following services:

  • Conference planning and management
  • Preparation of conference proceedings and minutes
  • Grants management, including peer review
  • Satellite broadcasting and Webcasting

Program Policy Assessment, Evaluation Design Studies, and
Technical Assistance

Through this vehicle, HHS bureaus, other Federal agencies, and the District of Columbia can procure the following services:

Program and Analytical Support Services IDIQ


All SAMHSA Centers and other Federal health agencies can purchase ESI services through the CMHS Program and Analytical Support Services IDIQ under Domain V, Communications, Awareness, and Education Projects. ESI supports SAMHSA efforts to conceptualize, develop, plan, implement, and evaluate effective communications, awareness, education, and knowledge transfer projects in the mental health, mental health services, and public health fields. ESI provides the following services:

  • Writing for diverse audiences and purposes
