CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES
Families are the primary environment in which all members
of society are nurtured and mature. They serve as intermediaries
between their members and society. But most importantly, the
preservation of families assures the well-being of our most precious resource, our children.
Our work, encompassing the seven ESI service lines, focuses on the following:
- At-risk youth
- Child welfare
- Domestic violence
- Early childhood education
- Mental health issues, including child trauma,
suicide prevention, behavioral disorders, and bioterrorism
- Parent involvement and family support
- Substance abuse
Our services and the programs we support help improve
the quality of life of all Americans by focusing on children, youth,
and the critical unit of the family.
ESI services are available through several procurement vehicles.
