Application

The application package clearly defines the requirements for each participating site, including the timeframe for performance (all projects will be completed by the end of August 2006). Interested CBOs or public agencies are invited to submit a simple six-page application on or before Friday, December 30, 2005. Sites will be selected by January 20, 2006.
